Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking the shopping cart button on the menu bar at the top of any page. It may be something that has sold out and will be re-stocked or an entirely new product. A Back-order Inquiry is a request for BFashionShop.com to check the availability of your item, and to determine approximately when a special order would arrive. Typically it takes 3-7 days for us to obtain this information. We then email you, at which point you can decide whether you would like to continue with the Back-order. There is no obligation to continue with a Back-order based on the results of the inquiry. If the item will take too long to arrive, or you simply change your mind, there is no need to continue. By default we do not proceed with a Back-order unless you instruct us to do so. Many items are immediately available at the manufacturer! When this is the case, you can usually expect to see the item arrive at your address within 7-10 business days of placing the Back-order. What should I do? It may be one of two scenarios: If you received your order and there is an item on your invoice that is not included in your box, we must be notified IMMEDIATELY! It is also important to keep all packaging materials that your shipment was delivered in, as we will need it for the investigation.
