How to Shop
At BFashionShop.com, we want your shopping experience to be easy and fun. To beginning with, we want you to find what you're looking for, so we offer several ways to shop.
Shop by category
This is the right place to start shopping, if you are looking for a specific item that is in your mind. Our site is divided into 5 departments; JEANS, TOPS, BEACH WEAR, ACTIVE WEAR and LINGERIE. You can access these departments by putting your mouse over the corresponding link on the top section of any page. When you are over a link, appear a list of sub-categories. Clicking one of them you will be directed to a page where you find a sequence of photos with the corresponding products.
Shopping With Our Search Tool
You might already know exactly what you're looking for and, therefore, want a focused shopping experience. Our search tool saves you time by letting you enter in exactly what you're looking for (Ex: "bikinis"). You can find our SEARCH button in the very top of most of pages thru out the site.
Shop Specials
Clicking the SPECIALS boton in the top of most pages, you are directed to a page with special offers, discounted items, best selling items and also new arrivals. Don't miss it.
Shop New Arrivals
Browse our newest styles by clicking on the NEW ARRIVALS links with photos found on the Homepage. New styles are added all the time, so be sure to come back often.
Shop Featured Items
We always show at the bottom of our home page the looks that are making everybody crazy in each store department. They are constantly changing but you can browse all of them. Just click on the photos and you will be driven to the correspondent department where you can buy these items. Press "next" and "previous" to change the group of Featured Items.
The Shopping Cart
The shopping Cart is where you keep your selections until you are ready to check out. It works just like a cart in a super market. While you are still browsing, it will hold the items you wish to purchase. Keep in mind, though, that it only holds items while your session is open. If you close your browser or leave the site, you may lose the items in your Cart.
To save items for a longer period, you will need to have a BFashionShop.com account. Click SIGN IN at the top of any page to create your account. When you have an account and the site recognizes you, we will remember the items you leave in your cart whenever you visit BFashion Shop.com. Be quick, though, because if it's an item with low inventory it may sell out while you're waiting.
You may review what you have put in your shopping Cart whenever you wish. All you have to do is click on the link SHOPPING CART at the very top of the page and you will be able to see all of the items you are currently holding in there. It even keeps track of how many items you've placed in it as you continue to shop on the site.
Once you click on the SHOPPING CART link, you can see a picture of the piece(s) you've placed in your shopping Cart, as well as a brief description, the BFashionShop.com reference number, the size you'd like, the price and the quantity. From the shopping Cart, you'll also be able to update the quantities of any item (either adding or removing). You can do this simply by entering in the number of items you'd like and then clicking on the "update quantity changes" button. If you change your mind about an item, all you have to do is click on the " TRASH CAN" link besides the number of items.
If you choose to leave the site without checking out, your shopping Cart will only retain your selections for a 2 hours, before they are placed back onto our virtual shelves so other customers have the opportunity to make a purchase. Again, it works just like a shopping cart in a store; if you left a retail store to have coffee and then returned later during the day, it is most likely the items in your cart will have been placed back on their shelves for other customers to purchase. Because BFashionShop.com sells items of limited quantities, we urge you to purchase the items you are interested in when you see them. The next time you visit, they might be gone!

ORDERING
Checking Out
Once you have found what you are looking for and added all the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart you are ready to check out. From your shopping cart, click the "checkout" button. If you have already created a BFashionShop.com account, enter your email address and password in the proper spaces that appear in the page and click the "SIGN IN" button. You will be driven to our safe e easy checkout process.
If you are a new customer, please fill out your e-mail address, and mark NO when asked if you have already a password. Then click the "SIGN IN" button and than, simply follow the steps outlined to provide the necessary shipping and billing information to complete the checkout process. You will be given the option of creating a BFashionShop.com account, which will allow you to view your order status, edit email preferences, and much more.
Order Process Timing
BFashionShop.com normally handles and ships all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays. Orders that are to be shipped 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air that are placed by 1pm WEST, Monday-Friday, are shipped that same business day. All other orders are shipped the next business day.
Order Information and Status History
To review your order information, the status of your order(s), and all of your history with us, simply log into ORDER STATUS. Your account information is accessible 24 hours a day. You will be able to see all of your purchases, shipping information, account information, as well as any returns or credits you may have.
If you opted not to create a BFashionShop.com account, you can check your order status by entering you email address and the order number.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you two (2) emails.
The first is an order confirmation. This will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order. It will detail your transaction.
The second email will be sent when we ship your order (approximately 24-48 business hours). It will include a tracking number, allowing you to see the status of your package as it makes its way to you.
Tracking Your Order
To track your order online:
- Select ORDER STATUS (located on the top navigation bar of every page on our site).
- Enter your e-mail address and password
- Click on the order you wish to track from the Order List at the bottom of the page. Your tracking information will be displayed as a link; when you click on this link, you will be taken directly to your shipper's website.
International ordering and shipping
BFashionShop.com is pleased to offer International Shipping. Now you can ship most of our items to most countries around the world!
It's easy. Just start shopping, and at the shopping Cart, click the International Shipping button. You'll be given an all inclusive, price quote for shipping your order internationally. For specific details or if you have any questions, please click here for more details.
US Protectorates and Territories are considered International.
APO/FPO Addresses - U.S. Military Bases in Foreign Countries
Please Note: APO, FPO, AE, CMR and other military base addresses are not considered international addresses. If you are planning to ship to this type of address you should NOT choose International Shipping.

Back-Orders
New or very popular items may be offered by Back-Order. It may be something that has sold out and will be re-stocked, or an entirely new product introduction. In either case, a Back-Order will assure you of getting the item; otherwise you are taking your chances that the item will sell out immediately when the inventory arrives.
You must supply all credit card information for the order to be valid, but as with all items ordered from BFashionShop.com, your credit card will not be charged until time of shipment. We do recommend, however, that Debit Cards are not used for Back-Orders as the funds may be removed from your checking account for a period of time depending upon your financial institution's policies. Please check with your Debit Card issuing bank for further information. BFashionShop.com does not accept responsibility for any charges or fees incurred due to Back-Order charges via Debit Card.
You may cancel any time prior to shipment, but not after the item has been shipped. You may cancel by going into your account online, sending us an email or by phoning our customer service department. If you cancel, you may order again later, but you will "lose your place in line" and the odds of getting the item you want will be greatly reduced.
We will always do our best to get you what you have Back-ordered. However, delays and/or manufacturer cancellations can occur. Estimated delivery dates are supplied by the vendor and, although usually accurate, they can be subject to change. If an item should be delayed or cancelled, you will be notified as soon as we receive the information from the manufacturer. In all cases, BFashionShop.com cannot accept the responsibility for cancellations or delays caused by manufacturers. Rest assured that we will always do our best to get you what you have ordered.
The procedure to make a Back-order is the same as placing any order online with BFashionShop.com. The product item will be designated as "Back-Order" Just add the item to your Shopping Cart and proceed with the check-out process as normal. You will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order.
Promotional codes
Having an account with us, you can get promotional codes that we generate in our campaigns thru out the year.
To use the promotional code you have, please follow these steps:
- Choose the items you wish to purchase.
- When you have finished shopping, click on your shopping cart. The items you are ready to buy will be listed. Click on the "Go to Checkout" button.
If you have already created a BFashionShop.com account:
- Enter your email address and password and click the "login" button.

If you have ordered from BFashionShop.com previously and opted to have your shipping and billing information saved, you will bypass the payment page and will need to enter your promotional code on the bottom of Review & Order page in the box that says "Enter a promo code". (Remember promo codes are case-sensitive) Once you have entered the promotional code you wish to use, click the "submit code" button and it will be applied to your order.
Once the promotional code has been applied to the order, enter your billing information and click the "Continue" button.
If you have not created a BFashionShop.com account:
On the lower section of the payment page there will be a box that says "Enter a promo code", enter the promotional code you wish to use in this section and click the "submit code" button. (Remember promo codes are case-sensitive).
Review and place your order by clicking on the "place order now" button.
Please note: Promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

Promotions rules and regulations
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.
One time use Promotions must be used entirely in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
Promotions do not apply to E-gift Cards, gift-wrapping, shipping, applicable taxes or duties or similar services.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted.
Free shipping promotions are valid for U.S. standard ground shipping within the 50 United States.
For promotions requiring a minimum order size, charges for gift-wrapping, shipping, applicable taxes and duties, and credits from gift Cards do not count towards the minimum order size requirement.
For promotions where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item.
If merchandise was purchased with a Promotion and subsequently returned, you will be issued a credit at the promotional price and, if the Promotion has expired, it cannot then be applied to a replacement or future order.
If you return a gift that was purchased with a Promotion and the Promotion has expired, you cannot apply the expired Promotion to a replacement or future order. Promotion code not valid for orders billed or shipped outside the continental United States.
Promotional items are available only while supplies last; BFashionShop.com does not issue rain checks for items that run out of stock.
BFashionShop.com can, at its sole discretion, extend or terminate a Promotion at any time.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Once you have created an account on BFashionShop.com, you will be able to access your account information through the MY ACCOUNT link. This is the place where we keep all the information that's relevant to you - like your billing address, your order history and your return history. You can access your account at any time and update your information. By keeping this information up-to-date, you'll be able to place faster orders.
You can always get to "my account" by clicking on the link SIGN IN in the top navigation on every page in the site.
Here's what you can do by using "MY ACCOUNT":
- change your password.
- update your credit card expiration date.
- add/delete credit cards to your account.
- update your billing or shipping address.
- check the status of an order.
- see your complete order history.
- view the status of any returned items.
- choose to receive (or not receive) emails from BFashionShop.com and our partners.

Your BFashionShop.com password
Your password is your key to your personal information on BFashionShop.com - including your account information and your order information. Please keep this in a safe, secure place and do not share your password with others.
If you forget your password, we can e-mail it to your account's email address. If you would like to do that now, please follow the instructions below:
Click on SIGN IN located in the top navigation bar.
Directly under the password field is a link that says "forgot your password, click here".
You will be taken to the password helper screen, where you will be prompted to enter in your email address.
Once you've typed in your email address, click the "Continue" button.
An email will be sent with a temporary password; for security purposes, your original password is reset by our system.
Log back onto the site and continue to shop.
When you're ready to check out, simply use the temporary password.
You can change your temporary password by clicking on "edit" under my account.
To protect your security, BFashionShop.com will automatically delete any saved credit card information if your password is changed. Simply re-enter any credit card information you wish to store the next time you shop with us.
Note: If you'd like to change your email address, please send an email to info@bfashionshop.com, including your email address, password and the new email address you wish to use. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address as soon as your change has been processed

APO/FPO Addresses
As a service to our men and women in the armed forces, we will ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail insured. The cost is the same as USPS Ground ($6.95 for orders up to $150, free for orders more than $150). Sorry, there is no delivery confirmation or tracking to APO/FPO addresses.
U.S. Territories
We offer three options to U.S. Territories. UPS Worldwide Expedited (same pricing as international below), USPS Express Mail (same price as listed above) as well as USPS Priority Mail w/ Signature Confirmation which is $6.95 for orders up to $150, free for orders more than $150.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Customs and Duties
You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Furthermore, BFashionShop.com is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left the United States. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by BFashionShop.com.
When the returned merchandise is received by BFashionShop.com, you card account will be credited for the merchandise only. If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, it is your responsibility, not ours, to research this information PRIOR to placing your order.
International Delivery Times
Packages shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited generally take 3-7 days. Packages shipped via USPS Global Express also take between 2-4 days, although, due to varying "Customs Procedures", we do not assume responsibility for delays in shipment.
Freight Forwarders
You can ship to your own private U.S. address using a freight forwarder (Access USA at www.myus.com). Under certain circumstances, this may result in shipping, customs and duties savings. This is also an excellent alternative for ordering products that BFashionShop.com cannot ship outside of the United States.
Shipping vs. Billing Addresses
Due to security reasons we only ship international to Customers that have the SAME shipping and billing addresses.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
PAYMENTS
We are proud to accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal. We do not accept money orders, personal checks, cashier's checks or wire transfers.
Your credit card is charged upon verification of inventory and when we are ready to the shipment of the package; never before.
After you place an order, if approved, the funds are released by your bank. Banks usually hold these funds for a few days. If you have further questions regarding this process, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly. The shipment process starts at the moment the bank releases de correspondent funds.
Payment Security
When any of your private information (credit card, account information, etc.) is requested or displayed our site will automatically switch you to a secure internet protocol called SSL. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is the standard encrypted protocol used almost universally on the internet to secure a connection between a client (you) and a server (us). The purpose of the SSL standard is to allow two parties on the internet "talk" without anyone being able to snoop. You can get more information and verify your connection is secure in your browser by clicking on the "lock" icon that most browsers have. Also, when a page (URL) is secure it begins with an "https://" instead of "http://" (notice the 's' at the end of http). So, even if you do not see a lock on your browser, you can verify the page is secure from the address.
Once your credit card is on our servers it is processed by Verisign (a leading online credit card processor) via a secured 128-bit RC4 SSL v3.0 encrypted connection. If you choose to keep your credit card on file with us, it will be stored securely (encrypted, with very limited access) in our database server.
CVV - Security code
CVV It is an important new Internet security feature that now appears on the back of most Visa, Master Card and Discover cards, and on the front of American Express cards. This new code is a three or four-digit number which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card.
The security code helps validate that the customer placing the online order actually has the credit card in his/her possession, and that the credit/debit card account is legitimate.
The security code is only printed the card and it is not contained in the magnetic stripe information nor does it appear on sales receipts or billing statements - you must have the card in your possession in order to use this code.
Card Security Codes are not raised, so they are not scanned into standard credit card readers. In theory, these numbers are only visible to you. When you give your Card Security Code to a merchant, you assist the merchant in verifying that the order is being placed by you, the card holder.
In the checkout process, after you choose your preferred card, you'll be asked to enter the CVV code. Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express now require Internet stores to obtain the security code for all cards that have a code printed on them. In order for this transaction to be accepted and processed, you must enter this code if it's printed on your card. This is done for our mutual protection.

It's not that easy to make a purchasing decision when all you have in front of you is a computer, a pretty picture and a description. What if you buy an item and it doesn't fit? BFashionShop.com wants to make sure you're happy with each and every purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, BFashionShop.com will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. No questions asked.
Items received after 30 days but within 60 days will qualify for store credit. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping included) will be credited when BfashionShop.com has received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is delivered back to BfashionShop.com.
IMPORTANT: International and Overnight Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number
BfashionShop.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the package, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.
Clearance Items
All merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale. Returns of clearance items must be postmarked within 3 business days of when you received the item. Please note that by postmarked we mean that you have sent it within 3 days, even if we have not yet received it. There is no advantage to sending a return overnight vs. standard shipping.
If you do not meet the shortened timeframe for returns of clearance items, we may at our discretion issue store credit rather than a refund.
Sending Back Your Return (US Orders)
To make it simple for us both, please fill out and submit the form below. This is how we start all the return process.
Let us know what you are returning or exchanging and why. We'll email you a free label at the end of the business day. Simply print it out and tape it to your package and give it right back to USPS. Free return shipping labels are not available for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or international addresses. If you choose to return-ship with an alternate carrier, you must insure and track your package. BFashionShop.com is not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please read all our policies before completing.

Sending Back Your Return (International Orders)
International exchanges & returns work in the same way as domestic exchanges & returns, but do not include prepaid return labels or refund return shipping costs. Please refer to the item above.
Faster Exchanges
We also offer faster exchange by phone service. Our helpful customer support staff will create an invoice for your new item and you will pay for the item as a new sale. This will allow us to ship your new item immediately. When your returned item arrives at our facility we will refund the full amount of your original purchase back to you.
Please Note: Your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your order is received. If your exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited to the same credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited. It could take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
